Today’s Laundry Rooms

Today's Laundry Rooms

Did you know 91% of home buyers said a separate laundry room was their most-wanted feature in a home? According to the National Association of Home Builders 2019 report “What Home Buyers Really Want.”

Today’s laundry rooms are no longer confined to dark corners of the basement. Often, they are multifunctional spaces used by the entire family. Locating washers and dryers on main living levels, near or in bathrooms, in master closets or as part of mudrooms just makes sense.

Whether it’s small, with only a few storage cabinets, or a large multi-use space, a laundry area you like spending time in, is a must for most homeowners. Here are a few we’d love to hang out in!

Today’s Laundry Rooms Work Smarter
